Our Office Fruit Boxes are proudly hand delivered to your door (and by this we mean office reception area or allocated delivery spot!) by our delivery team on Monday mornings between 8am-1pm.

Our office fruit boxes are now available for delivery on Wednesday mornings in Christchurch. Get more fresh, wonky goodness delivered twice a week!

To get set up, simply subscribe to a Monday delivery and add any extra boxes for Wednesday at checkout. Then, message our customer service team with your Monday-Wednesday box split. We’ll handle the rest! Billing happens on Wednesdays for the following week, with any skipped Wednesday deliveries automatically adjusted.

We deliver inner city and CBD in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, plus some surrounding suburbs.

Unlike our home deliveries, we partner with local contracted couriers for our office boxes. This means you’ll likely see the same friendly faces each week dropping off your fresh supply of fruit.

If a public holiday falls on a Monday, we will deliver your fruit box on the following Tuesday instead. This ensures that your office still receives fresh fruit without interruption. We will notify you in advance of any schedule changes due to public holidays.

Simply login to your account and leave a delivery note for us under account details. The note will be attached to each delivery.

Leave us your email, phone number, and any details about the circumstances. We’ll get in touch with the courier driver to start investigating. Don’t worry, we won’t leave you short for fruit!

ORDERING

1. Choose your box: Select the box that suits your office size and the frequency that fits your team. Check out our boxes here.

2. Checkout: Enter your office details and billing information. Don't forget to leave us any delivery instructions that might be useful.

3. Create an account: After checkout, create an account on the order confirmation page. This allows you to easily manage your subscription.

Please place your orders or make changes to your subscription by Wednesday at 8am for delivery the following Monday. This gives us the optimal time to coordinate with growers and collect the freshest, tastiest produce for your team.

We operate on a subscription model, which helps us forecast and communicate effectively with growers. Therefore, we sell our office boxes on a subscription basis – either weekly or fortnightly. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime before the cut-off on Wednesday at 8 am – we’re flexible!

ACCOUNTS & BILLING 

We understand that subscriptions may not suit every office. At the moment, we operate on a subscription basis, which allows us to streamline deliveries and build consistent relationships with our growers. However, we’re happy to explore a customised option for your office—just reach out to our customer service team here.

As we are a primarily online-based service, we currently don’t have the dedicated staff to handle the monitoring and management of invoicing. For now, we ask that you sign up for a subscription, where you will receive a GST receipt with every order confirmation. We bill for the boxes each Wednesday for delivery the following Monday, making the process simple and automated.

As we continue to grow, we’re actively exploring more flexible payment options, including invoicing. Thank you for your support while we build out this part of our service! 🍊

Wonky Box is a subscription-based service where we take payment for boxes on a recurring basis until you cancel.

For our office boxes, we offer weekly and fortnightly delivery frequencies. You can skip or cancel deliveries, and we won’t charge you for those weeks. Just update your delivery preferences before the cut-off time, Wednesday at 8am.

You can download a GST invoice from the order confirmation email you receive after billing. If you need help, get in touch with us here.

We bill on Wednesday morning for deliveries the following Monday. If the payment isn’t processed, we’ll attempt to bill again on Thursday morning before the subscription is skipped based on your delivery frequency.

Wonky For Work operates on a subscription model, which helps us forecast and communicate effectively with growers. When you checkout, your card details are stored in a secure payment gateway and are not accessible to us. Your card will be charged according to your chosen frequency, either weekly or fortnightly. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime before the cut-off on Wednesday at 8 am.

You might not have created an account when you first started your subscription. Reach out to our team via our contact page, and we’ll help you access your account or create one.

Don’t have an active subscription?

If you haven’t started a subscription yet, there’s no need to create an account first. Just choose a box, checkout, and you’ll be prompted to create an account afterward. This will allow you to manage your subscription.

Log in to your account and scroll to the bottom of your subscription. Click the “Update Billing” button, and you’ll receive an email with a secure link to our payment portal.

Closing for the holidays, or the team having a work from home week? Just login to your account and choose when you'd like your deliveries to restart - just make sure you’ve updated this before your weekly cut off date, Wednesday 8am.

BOXES & PRODUCE

Our funky fruits come from farms around New Zealand. With food miles in mind, we source from different locations around the country based on proximity to our warehouses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. We work with growers as far North as KariKari and as South as Invercargill.

Excluding items from the box is a feature available only for our home delivery boxes. Unfortunately, our office fruit delivery does not support exclusions at this time.

While there are a few adventurous growers dabbling in bananas here in Aotearoa, the climate isn’t warm enough for long enough to ensure a consistent supply and quality. To ensure our customers enjoy the best of the banana bunch, selecting imported bananas was the best decision for consistency and quality.

At Wonky Box, we believe in a 'grower-led eating' model, which means we source produce that’s in season and in need of rescue - perhaps growers have a surplus of it, or can't sell it due to cosmetic imperfections.This is part of how we reduce food waste on farms, and support growers with an extra income stream for produce that otherwise not make it past the farm gate. Think of your Box delivery like a Christmas morning surprise - a fresh supply of the seasons’ finest fruits!

Due to the wonky nature of our fruit, the number of individual pieces can vary as some might be ‘too small’ or ‘too big’ – just how Mother Nature intended! However, we do promise that our small box is approximately 5kg and our large box is approximately 9kg.

Our boxes change with the seasons and will vary slightly each week based on what needs rescuing from local growers. For our Office Fruit Boxes, we prioritize crowd favorites like apples, bananas, and citrus to ensure your team loves every last wonky bite.
