Cancellation policy

Subscriptions 

When you sign up with Wonky, you are given the opportunity to tick a box agreeing to our subscription policy. A subscription is an arrangement to receive something, regularly by paying in advance - often the money is automatically debited from your account. In Wonky's case, you choose a frequency of deliveries, and we will debit the bank account you signed up with before delivering a Wonky box as per your chosen frequency. 

You are not locked into a contract meaning that you can cancel or skip weeks whenever you need to. We do ask that these changes are made before you're cut off time so no food is left without a home. 


Your payment details will be stored securely via Shopify Payment - us as owners do not have access to these account details. 

Your subscription will not have an end date and it will be your responsibility to skip weeks or cancel. Please get in contact with the Wonky team if you have any issues amending your subscription. Login to your subscription here.
